2025 Youth Ambassador Trip
Embark on a life-changing adventure with us this July as we journey to the stunning landscapes of western Uganda, specially designed for high school and young adult youth. This is not just a trip; it's an extraordinary opportunity to immerse yourself in the rich tapestry of Ugandan culture, connect deeply with resilient sisters and their families, and contribute meaningfully to the community through service. Together, we will create lasting positive change through Crazy Love Africa's mission, making this journey a truly enriching experience for all.
Dates: July 18th - 29th, 2025
Experience Uganda
During our 2025 Youth Ambassador trip we will be doing home visits with our Crazy Love Africa families, visiting Manna Rescue Home (an orphanage for children), doing a hands-on project at our new Community Center, and a peer-to-peer visit day. On the peer-to-peer visit day two Ambassador Youth will be matched with one of the families we work with. You will spend the day learning about Ugandan culture through a Ugandan youth in their village. Our final day we will gather to have a big celebration with our sisters and their children. Expect this day to be full of amazing food, cultural dancing, drama, and fun! On our free day we will going to Queen Elizabeth National Park together to experience a Ugandan safari! This safari will include a boat ride. We will also be shopping at local markets and taking a hike to Crater Lake during the week.
$3,500 paid to Crazy Love Africa. This cost will cover:
- Round-Trip Flights
- Transportation costs in Uganda.
- Lodging while in Uganda.
- Group meals. Most of our meals will be prepared by our fabulous Ugandan cook, Florence.
- Safari Costs: Transportation on Safari and entry fees.
- A $1,000 deposit due March 1st to secure your spot. Payment plan can be setup each month. The last payment due on July 1st.
- CLA can help with fundraising.
